Beautifully restored Grade IIlisted semi-detached thatched period cottage dating back to the 16th century. Many character features including exposed beams, some original windows and fireplace have been retained. The cottage has a newly fitted kitchen and two new bathrooms. The quality furnishings are comfortable and tasteful with much care and thought taken by the local owner. 

Quietly tucked away with an enclosed south facing garden in the centre of Sidford, a thriving village on the outskirts of Sidmouth.A pretty riverside walk and cycle path runs along the River Sid leading to Sidmouth and the coast approximately 1 mile level walk. Sidford has a Spar supermarket, Bloaters Fish & Chip shop, two good pubs and a very good restaurant and is well positioned for exploring the lovely towns and villages close by.

We put the kettle on, cut a large slice of carrot cake each and exhaled!! Rosie, our young dog, thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the rabbit spotting through the Byes.
