Pentlands is a superb spacious quality house situated in the heart of Sidmouth just a few minutes' walk to the seafront and shops. It is situated in a quiet and very popular residential area near the town centre with lovely views over the valley from the upper floors.The versatile accommodation is beautifully furnished and very well equipped ideal for family holidays.The coastal path which is close by is a favourite with many guests.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

There are steps to the entrance door and hallway where there is a cloakroom with WC.A sitting room with gas fire in stone surround and French doors out into the spacious garden. Double doors lead into the second sitting room/TV room with 50' flat screen TV. There is a conservatory with French doors to the garden. Three steps down to a spacious kitchen/dining room again with French doors to the garden.Large uutility room and side entrance with steps. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms.A master bedroom with a king size 5' bed. A newly installed en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, WC and hand basin. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a king size bed.A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a single bed and a shower room with spacious shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Outside there is a lovely, level enclosed private south west facing sheltered garden with a large area of lawn and patios with seating areas.

On request: We can arrange for the use of the garage for storage of bicycles or mobility scooters e.t.c on request
