A superb recently built terraced house in the centre of this very pretty Devon village, overlooking open countryside at the rear and just a short walk to the village stores and inn.The property has high quality fittings and furnishings throughout and surprisingly spacious accommodation. Tastefully presented and furnished with comfortable reclining sofas, oak furniture in the bedrooms and quality kitchen equipment. To the rear there is a private parking space and access to a very pretty enclosed garden with balcony and garden furniture. Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and many shops at Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being the "Sweetcombe Walk".

Spacious kitchen with integrated appliances and dining area.Living room with delightful views over open countryside and French doors to rear enclosed garden. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Further double room with king size bed and views over the open countryside. Dressing room. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Enclosed rear garden with balcony and steps down to good size lawn area and access to the parking area.
