Lyme Bay Cottage is a delightful Victorian fisherman's terraced cottage beautifully presented with high quality furnishings throughout. It is located within the town centre in a quiet, level position opposite pretty gardens and the River Sid, with a path leading to Sidmouth seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play park and the main shopping area which has excellent restaurants and inns.The cottage comfortably furnished with tasteful colour schemes throughout.  


Hall with stairs to first floor.Spacious, comfortably furnished sitting room/dining room. French doors leading to enclosed rear courtyard with bistro table and chairs.Newly fitted kitchen with quality appliances. Cloakroom with W.COn the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with king size bed overlooking the cliffs and river Sid. Second bedroomwith twin beds.Quality spacious white bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Changeover day: Friday 

Dog welcome charged at £25 per week (security deposit of £150.00 required)

Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking in front of the cottage, but we recommend to purchase a weekly ticket for £25 from the long stay car park at Jacobs Ladder, which is approximately 5 minutes walk along the seafront.
