Driftwood is a modern town house ideally situated in a quiet location within the town centre and 100 yards level walk to the seafront, excellent shops and restaurants.The property is furnished in a modern, comfortable style with tasteful colour schemes throughout. It is an ideal holiday home at any time of the year for a couple or a family.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

The  living room has a electric fire with attractive surround with an archway leading into the  kitchen which is very well equipped and has dining area. Stairs to first floor lead to a spacious twin bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and W.C. A door to a balcony with outside sitting. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed, with en-suite shower room and W.C and a spacious single bedroom. Outside there is parking for 1 car adjacent to the property.

4th August 2018- 'Another lovely week at Driftwood. Great weather and lots of time at the beach. We love being so close to town and the beach. Thank you.'

14th July 2018- 'We were down here for a training course at The Donkey Sanctuary. Its the first time we have stayed here. Fabulous homely place. Thank you we will recommend to colleagues.'

9th June 2018- 'Our first ever visit to Sidmouth which surpassed all expectations. Weather brilliant all week. The house is very homely. We are very pleased with the central location and how surprisingly quite it is. Sidmouth is a very charming town and we can't wait to come back again.'

12th May 2018- 'A lot of care has gone into making it a home from home. We have used many of Sweetcombe holiday homes now, we love this location. At 88 I appreciate being close to everything - especially The Anchor for meals. Hopefully be back next year.' Julie & Steve
