Spindrift is a high quality, beautifully furnishedtown house located in a private and secluded gated mews with just six other similar properties in the heart of Budleigh Salterton. The spacious accommodation has been completely refurbished with top quality furnishings and carpets throughout.  The property is situated just off the shopping area, a few minutes walk to the beach and 200m from the south west coastal path, so is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and beach.


There is an entrance hall with a Cloakroom and WC. A spacious, dual aspect living room with dining area and a modern, very well equipped Kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and the other bedroom has a double bed with bathroom and WC off the landing. Outside there is a pretty south facing sheltered patio area with garden furniture.

Parking: Private parking for 1 car

Towels: Available to hire at £8 per set

Appliances: T.V with freeview, DVD, CD Radio. 

Kitchen utilities: Gas hob and electric oven. Fridge. Freezer. Microwave. Dishwasher. Washing machine/dryer.

 No children under 10.

12th September 2018 -' Another great stay at Spindrift. Weather has been fantastic so have been able to do long walks each day. Dining out each evening at Earls, Slice of Lyme & The Salterton Arms, thoroughly recommend.

5th September 2018 -' We've spent a thoroughly enjoyable week in this lovely and well equipped cottage. So convenient for the amenities of Budleigh, a Town we have come to know and love over the years and to which we look to return to soon.

31st August 2018 -' Another lovely stay, Thank you for tea, milk & biscuits - also for the part week. Never tire of Budleigh & Spindrift.
