Spindrift is a high quality, beautifully furnishedtown house located in a private and secluded gated mews with just six other similar properties in the heart of Budleigh Salterton. The spacious accommodation has been completely refurbished with top quality furnishings and carpets throughout.  The property is situated just off the shopping area, a few minutes walk to the beach and 200m from the south west coastal path, so is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and beach.

Entrance hall. Cloakroom with WC. Spacious, dual aspect living room with dining area. Modern, very well equipped Kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. The other bedroom has a double bed with bathroom and WC off the landing. Outside there is a pretty south facing sheltered patio area with garden furniture. Private parking for one car.
