The accommodation consists of a contemporary wing of a detached bungalow with lovely gardens and far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and benefitting from the use of outdoor heated swimming pool with retractable roof.Located in two acres of mature grounds yet in the very pretty village of Tipton St John, with the River Otter flowing through, excellent pub and village shop just a few minutes walk away. The coastal towns of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are an easy 10 minute drive away. The property is ideally located for walking the extensive network of footpaths leading from the village, top quality golf courses at Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Woodbury Park, fishing, bird watching at the nearby RSPB reserve, horse riding and many other excellent recreational facilities in the area. The bungalow is equipped to a high standard with tasteful, comfortable furnishings and many homely touches throughout. The owners who live next door will greet you with a cream tea on arrival! 

ACCOMMODATION:Approached via sloping path from the parking area.Spacious, open plan living room with high vaulted ceiling and dual aspect fully opening bi fold doors with magnificent views over open countryside. Very well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. Luxury fully tiled wet room with large shower, hand basin and WC.Outside there is a fenced, private area of garden and patio for guests with garden furniture.

Ceramic hob and electric oven. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Fridge.Microwave 

Electric under floor heating throughout. Double glazed windows throughout

Swimming pool available May to September (the pool area is completely enclosed with picket fencing & retractable roof)


4th August 2018 - 'We have had a great week. Thank you for providing such lovely accommodation, scones, advice on places to go andand for the beautiful home grown veg you kindly gave my mum, she said it was delicious. We loved Sidmouth beach, amazing rock pooling and enjoyed a few dinners at The Bowd Inn.'
