Churchwood is a high quality, beautifully presented detached house, situated in an elevated position gaining glorious views of Branscombe's Saxon church and countryside and within a few minutes walk from the village tea room. The closest pub is the Fountain Head half a mile along the lane, with the Masons Arms a mile along the lane. There is a lovely countryside walk through the fields to the beach. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to include high quality, fully tiled shower rooms. Furnished to a high luxurious standard with tastefully co-ordinated decor throughout. Many homely touches with plenty of dvds and books. 


Approached via steps to front lawn garden. An entrance hall lead to the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor level. A master bedroom with a king size bed, quality range of fitted bedroom furniture and wall mounted 32 inch smart TV. En-suite fully tiled shower room with large walk-in shower, quality fitted units with wash basin and WC. A twin bedroom with quality fitted bedroom furniture and a single bedroom. A tiled shower room with spacious walk-in shower, quality fitted units with wash basin and WC.

On the first floor: Cloakroom with W.C. Quality limed oak kitchen with dining area and panoramic views over the church and Branscombe Valley. A beautifully furnished spacious sitting room, with delightful views,leather sofas, Minster stone open fireplace, patio doors to rear patio area.
