Florabil is a superb newly built terraced house in the centre of this very pretty Devon village, overlooking open countryside at the rear and just a short walk to the village stores and pubs. The spacious accommodation has high quality fittings and tasteful furnishings throughout. Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and many shops in Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being theEast Devon Way and the "Sweetcombe Walk". 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor and a cloakroom with WC. A spacious kitchen with integrated appliances and dining area.A living room with delightful views over open countryside and French doors leading to an enclosed garden. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. A spacious single bedroom with space for a cot and views over the open countryside and a further single bedroom with sloping ceiling and Velux window. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A large balcony with steps down to an enclosed garden and private parking area.
