Sidbury is a thriving Devon village with a green and pond, cricket club, local inn and shop. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach and many shops in Sidmouth, whilst the market town of Honiton is 10 minutes inland. There are lovely walks from the cottage, one popular walk being theEast Devon Way and the "Sweetcombe Walk".

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Spacious single bedroom with space for a cot and views over the open countryside.Further single bedroom with sloping ceiling and Velux window. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Large balcony with steps down to enclosed garden with access to the parking area.
