York Cottage is a superb centrally located detached double fronted cottage just off Sidmouth seafront with private parking close by. It is located in a quiet lane within the town centre and is just minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants and many recreational facilities. "The Byes" National Trust riverside walk, park and swimming pool are also within a short walk. The accommodation is bright and airy with comfortable and tasteful quality furnishings, coastal colour schemes and individual touches throughout.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

An entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Charming sitting Room with electric wood burner and French doors leading to the pretty south facing enclosed patio . This patio garden is a sunny and sheltered spot ideal for al fresco diningbeing well equipped with garden furniture, chiminea and gas BBQ. There is a separate brightly decorated dining room with an open plan archway and two steps up to a modern, well equipped, quality kitchen with integrated units with a glass door to the private patio. On the first floor there are two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom One is spacious with double aspect windows (blackout curtains) and a double bed. Bedroom 2 also has dual aspect windows (blackout curtains) and  twin 2'6" beds (one bed can be put away if less than four guests are staying or if a cot is required). The bathroom has a white suite and shower over bath, cupboard, full length mirror and W.C.

Child aminities: Travel Cot, toddler bed guard and High Chair available on request
