Ashprington is a superb south facing detached bungalow situated in Sidmouth with lovely views over the town towards the sea in the distance. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the town, shops and beach. The property is set in beautiful, large mature gardens with lawns, shrubs borders and sitting areas. The spacious, bright and airy accommodation is beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings and many homely touches throughout.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: 

 Entrance porch leading to large hallway with four wide steps (with handrail on one side) down to the living room that has large panoramic windows overlooking surrounding gardens and trees with sea glimpses. Two south facing balconies, one with a table and chairs, one with views of the sea and garden. Large fitted kitchen with a  separate dining area and utility room with door leading outside to a large private south facing garden. A spacious twin bedroom is on the upper level and there are two further bedrooms. One with twin beds, a wash basin and superb views over mature trees and gardens from a large corner window and one spacious room with a king size bed and a wash basin.A luxury  bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC. Shower room with hand basin and WC.

15th June 2018 - 'Restful house with beautiful views. Weather was fantastic and visited some lovely places. Houses was well equipped everything you needed for a great stay. Would definitely love to come back.'
