Arran Cottage is a spacious and beautifully presented cottage, situated in a quiet residential area of Sidmouth and within a 5 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants.Sidmouth golf course, cricket and tennis clubs are all close by as well as lovely walks up to Peak Hill and Mutters Moor. The property has been thoughtfully equipped offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. All the rooms are spacious, bright and airy. There is full gas central heating and double glazed windows, making this an ideal holiday home at any time of the year.  


Entrance hall with stairs to first floor.Large south facing open plan living room with dining area.Living area has fireplace with gas flame fire and attractive surround.Well equipped kitchen with door leading to covered courtyard/storage area with rear access, ideal for bicycles and pushchairs.On the first floor there are two good bedrooms.One south facing with king size bed, and second bedroom with single bed plus pull out full adult-size guest bed.Lovely bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
