Utility room. Just off the kitchen is a large dining room with ample room to seat eight guests along with another fireplace with a wood burner, a lovely room for a family Sunday lunch and evening meals or playing games. On the first floor are three spacious bedrooms, all south facing and overlooking the garden down the Sid Valley.A master bedroom with a king size Victorian style bed, en-suite shower room with WC.A second bedroom with a king size Victorian style bed.A third bedroom with a large bay window and twin beech wood beds with roll-away-beds underneath.The two roll-away-beds can be used in this room if for children, or can be moved to the other bedrooms. There is also a family bathroom with power shower over bath and W.C.  
The gardens are a real feature of this cottage with an abundance of mature shrubs, wild strawberries, herbs and fruit trees. There is a large lawn area ideal for games.Quality garden furniture and gas bbq.
