Seascape is a superb luxury apartment forming part of an imposing Grade II listed Georgian terrace perfectly positioned in the heart of Sidmouth, with the seafront, shops and restaurants all within a two minute level walk. The owners have thought of everything required to make this a real home from home; pets are especially well catered for. The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout, with modern furnishings, and although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows to the front of the property.
A flight of external steps down to small outside sitting area with a storage area. Entrance to living room with dining area and a living flame gas fire. Large windows overlooking front outside sitting area. Very well equipped galley style kitchen with modern range of units and appliances. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Main bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and French doors leading to a small rear courtyard. Second bedroom with a double bed, Both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes and drawers for storage.

Parking: A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the Terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
