The Hideaway is a superb apartment forming part of an imposing Grade II listed Georgian terrace and occupying a quiet and convenient position 20 yards from the croquet lawn and cricket pitch in the heart of Sidmouth. The seafront, shops and restaurants are all within a 2 minute level walk. The accommodation has top quality fittings in the shower rooms, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, beautiful furnishings and pale restful colour schemes throughout.  Although the apartment is on the lower ground floor the accommodation is surprisingly bright and airy with large sash windows in all rooms. 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Flight of external steps down to small outside area with storage room for bikes or surf boards. A large hall leads to a spacious, bright, airy and beautifully furnished sitting room with large comfortable leather and velvet sofas, living flame gas fire and oak dining suite.  Kitchen with modern beech effect units. Two bedrooms, one good size  twin and one smaller  double, both with large sash windows. Two luxury fully tiled high quality shower rooms each with WC. and under floor heating.

Parking: A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
