Hillview is a charming, spacious house with lovely open views across Sidmouth situated in a quiet residential area within a 10 minute walk of the town centre and beach. There is tasteful decor throughout and at the rear there is an enclosed garden, a lovely place to sit with evening drinks and a barbecue.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

A hall with stairs leads to the first floor.A delightful sitting room with bay window overlooking Sidmouth towards Salcombe Hill. Victorian style fireplace and gas coal effect fire. Archway to dining area with ample seating for six. French doors leading to rear patio area through the garden room/utility with ground floor W.C. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area. On the first floor there is a largebedroom with a king size bed. A further bedroom to the rear with twin beds. A white bathroom suite with W.C. and power shower over the bath.Stairs to further spacious twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and velux windows with lovely views towards the sea with some sea glimpses. Outside there is a terraced patio style garden with garden furniture.
