Budleigh Salterton has a wealth of individual good quality food shops, restaurants and cafes. The long pebble beach with esplanade make it an ideal location for a totally relaxing, "away from it all" holiday. The Heritage Coastal Path is also within easy walking distance of the property along which you can walk to Exmouth or Sidmouth on the Jurassic Coast.The property is beautifully furnished, and very well equipped with tasteful colour schemes throughout.Private off road parking and enclosed south facing lawn garden. Fully double glazed, with gas central heating throughout this is a property suitable for all year round holidays.

Level path with off road parking for 1 car and unrestricted roadside parking. Entrance hall.Spacious, bright and airy beautifully furnished living room and dining area with quality oak furniture. Electric living flame fire in marble surround. Patio doors leading to good size patio area with teak garden furniture and barbecue, 3 steps up to lawn area. Good size, very well equipped kitchen with beech wood effect units. Double bedroom with king size bed. Twin bedroom overlooking the patio area. Small single bedroom.Bathroom with modern white suite with new electric shower over bath and W.C.Private, enclosed lawned garden with patio area. Level access.

Parking: Private parking on driveway of property

1 small dog strictly by arrangement charged at £25 per week, £100 security deposit required for dog.

T.V. with Freeview. DVD. CD/radio. Wifi.

Gas hob and electric oven. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge/freezer.

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set. (for 2019 towels are included)  Travel cot available on request.
