Topsham is served by a regular rail linkfrom Exeter to Exmouth,just a short walk from the property, ideal for those wishing to use public transport.Topsham has a wealth of high quality shops, inns and restaurants offering varied cuisine. Outdoor swimming pool, bowling club, sailing club and delightful walks along the estuary ideal for bird watching.   


An entrance hall with stairs to first floor leads to a spacious kitchen/dining room with integral appliances and quality units and tasteful lighting.A sitting room with fireplace and gas living flame fire and French doors leading to an enclosed ornamental style garden with quality garden furniture and south westerly aspect. Cloakroom.On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one single bedroom, all beautifully furnished. There is a "jack and jill" bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Second bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor there is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite luxury bathroom with double shower cubicle, bath and WC.
