The present owner has skilfully renovated the property retaining much of its charm and character, particularly worth mentioning are the Gothic style stained glass original windows and the ornate balcony. The many quality individual shops, restaurants, tea rooms and public gardens are all within a few minutes level walk.  The coastal path is accessed at either end of the seafront.
