2 Beach House is a fabulous first floor apartment located on the Sidmouth esplanade with uninterrupted sea views over the beach and sea. Along with the wonderful stained-glass windows this accommodation certainly has the wow factor! A special mention must go to the swivel chairs placed ideally in front of the windows for guests to enjoy the view from all angles.

2 Beach House is a luxurious first floor apartment situated on Sidmouth esplanade with direct sea views over the beach and Lyme Bay. The accommodation is extremely spacious for 4 guests and newly refurbished to high standards. Beach House is the oldest building on Sidmouth seafront, dating back to 1790 and used as the meeting place for the gentry of the time. It has been awarded "The Blue Plaque" for historic interest. The present owner has skilfully renovated the property retaining much of its charm and character, particularly worth mentioning are the Gothic style stained glass original windows and the ornate balcony. The many quality individual shops, restaurants, tea rooms and public gardens are all within a few minutes level walk. The coastal path is accessed at either end of the seafront.
Accessed from the esplanade, there is an entrance hall with stairs to first floor which leads to an elegant spacious landing with all rooms leading off.
The sitting room has the original marble fireplace, a large stained-glass window with French doors opening onto a small balcony directly overlooking the esplanade. The cosy tub chairs are perfect for reading and watching the winter storms.

There is a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom has a king size bed, quality bedroom furniture and sea views. There is a luxury en-suite with large shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit with hand basin.
The further twin bedroom has bedroom furniture an en-suite luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.
Parking: Guests can uload from the seafront, there are some free unrestricted roadside spaces along the seafront. The long stay car park is on Manor Road, by Jacob's Ladder just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as The Pea Green Boat to Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches off the South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to The Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama. There is paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from the beach or enjoy a round of golf at Sidmouth or Honiton Golf Club.
