Balamory is a spacious house, situated in one of the finest waterside locations in the west of England,on the mouth of the renowned Exe Estuary and overlooking the marina. The marina offers opportunities for sailing as well as some beautiful walks along the estuary towards Lympstone. Exmouth's town centre and beach are just a few minutes level walk. The property is tastefully furnished and equipped in a clean modern style with light and spacious accommodation.

French doors leading to patio garden affording superb marina views.Utility room.  On the first floor there is a spacious sitting room. It has a Juliet balcony with French doors and unrivalled views across the marina. Attractive raised living flame gas fire.Double bedroom with glimpses of the estuary.Good quality bathroom with modern fittings.  On the second floor there are threebedrooms, one double bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite shower room and W.C. with superb marina views.    One twin bedroom. One bunk bedroom.  Outside there is a private parking for two cars. To the side and front of the property there is a good sized sun patio with garden furniture and a gate leading directly to the marina.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
