Church Mews is your dream holiday location. A newly renovated church conversion in the heart of old Exmouth and very close to all Exmouth's attractions.
The property has been extensively modernized to boutique standard accommodation. It is bright and airy with artwork and woven rugs on the walls.
A large garage with parking for one car. There is hanging space for wetsuits and plenty of room for boards and bicycles. To one side is the washing machine and in the corner is the newly created shower room with hand basin and WC. Perfect after days at the beach!
An entrance door to the right of the garage leads up one flight of stairs to the first floor.

With a beautiful vaulted ceiling and original stained glass windows. There is seating for five guests on comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a dining area with seating for six and views across the roof tops towards the River Exe. The perfect place to watch the spectacular sunsets.

The entrance to the garage is small: 219cm wide 184cm high. Guests will need to check that their vehicle will fit.
Guests are not permitted to store or charge e-bikes in the garage or house.
Situated near to the Exe trail cycle/walking route and South West Coast Path, with easy access to Exeter canal and a short 5 minutes walk from two miles of sandy beach. It's the perfect base for exploring Exmouth and beyond. Enjoy brilliant restaurants nearby such as Michael Caines restaurant 'Mickeys', The Point bar & Grill or hop on a water taxi to the River Exe Cafe. Guests can enjoy nearby activities such as water sports with Edge & Exewake, bird watching from Seaton tram or a boat trip with Stuart Line Cruises for a different view of the Jurassic Coast.
