Layout

Accessed through the courtyard with a bench and table, a delightful space for morning coffee, guests enter the property via French doors into the well-equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area is also perfect for board games, of which there is a great supply of, for memorable evenings together.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor, where you'll find a comfortable lounge with cosy seating, a small TV and a selection of books to enjoy after a day of exploring. Also on this floor is the shower room with WC. A door from the lounge provides direct access to the pathway running alongside the historic churchyard, adding to the property's unique character and convenient location to explore Blackmore Gardens, tennis & bowls courts plus further amenities Sidmouth has to offer.

A further staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe space. The second bedroom offers a single bed, chest of drawers and a hook on the back of the door for additional storage.

Parking: Please note that this property does not have dedicated parking. Guests may unload their luggage in nearby Lakes Court before moving their vehicle. The East Devon District Council long-stay car park on Manor Road is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Weekly parking permits are available for around £25 and provide parking across East Devon Council car parks. Alternatively, the privately operated Bedford Lawn Car Park is located approximately 5 minutes' walk from the property. There are also some roads in Sidmouth with free unrestricted roadside parking.
