The property is spaciousand well equipped with modern furnishings throughout. Just 300 yards level walk from the long sweeping golden sandy beach. The many shops, restaurants and indoor swimming pool are all close by.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

An entrance hall and a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with shower cubicle and W.C. On the first floor:  Pleasant sitting room with French doors leading to south facing deck balcony with garden furniture overlooking the Marina.Fireplace with living flame gas fire. Dining area and open plan kitchen with Beech effect units. On the second floor:  Master bedroom witha king size bed and en-suite shower room with W.C. views over the harbour. Fourth bedroom with twin beds. Further bathroom with W.C.

Changeover day: Friday

Parking: Private parking for two cars, one in garage and one on driveway. 

Towels: Available to hire at £8 per set

Appliances: Smart TV  DVD.

Kitchen utilities: Electric cooker.Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Microwave.

Child amenities: Travel cot and high chair provided.  

Offers: 10% discount for parties of 4 persons or less during non school holiday periods.
