Weir Lodge is situated in Sidmouth town centre yet quietly tucked away in a peaceful lane bordering the River Sid is this delightful property forming the whole upper half of a detached house. Just a short level walk to the shops, excellent restaurants, beach and peaceful parks. Frequently used by the owners the property is presented to a very high standard with many homely touches. The south facing accommodation is bright and sunny with a delightfulbalcony.


 Internal stairs to an entrance door. Delightful spacious south facing living room with dining area and large patio doors onto a balcony and a feature circular open fireplace giving a Scandinavian feel. Fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. Pretty double bedroom with a king size bed and pine furnishings, with outlook over river and grounds. Further bedroom with twin beds and pine furniture. Fully tiled bathroom with W.C. with a shower attachment on a rail over bath. Large south facingbalcony with patio furniture and pleasant outlook over River Sid.

15th September 2018- 'Our week in this peaceful quarter of Sidmouth was really enjoyable, and we hope to return to this well equipped flat.'

28th July 2018 - 'Another wonderful holiday in Sidmouth, first time at Weir Lodge. Super location - will definitely stay again. Enjoyed meals at Dukes, Bedford Hotel and the Hare and Hounds on the way to Honiton. Lovely coffee and cake at The Donkey Sanctuary, a place we never tier of visiting.'

21st July 2018 - 'First stay in Weir Lodge but repeat visitors to Sidmouth. Found location very central, with easy access to high street and esplanade. Lovely flat, with everything we needed. Really enjoyed ourselves. Would stay again.'
