Lakes Court is a spacious town house situated in a quiet residential courtyard development just off the attractive pedestrian walkway of Old Fore Street, only a two-minute stroll from the seafront and beach. 

The shops, pubs and restaurants are very close by making this property an ideal base in the town centre from where you can explore the area and local walks.

On the ground floor there is:

a spacious well equipped kitchen with an open plan dining area with pine furnishings. 

On the first floor there is a comfortably furnished sitting room with doors to access outside plus two bedrooms:

Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.

The town house is excellently equipped with everything you need for a week away. A true home from home. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Sidmouth and a short walk to the sea front. The reserved parking space is a huge bonus.
