Beach House is a spacious second floor apartment formingpart of a listed Regency building, as featured in the Sidmouth 'blue plaque' guide. The accommodation still retains many period features which much charm and character. Situated in a magnificent central location overlooking the seafront and esplanade withfar reaching uninterrupted views of the beach and Lyme Bay,The excellent shops and amenities in the town centre are all close by.


 Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with utility off. Dining room.  Inner hall with bathroom and separate W.C. Spacious bedroom to rear with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with bidet and W.C. Elegant mezzanine landingto spacious sitting room with fireplace and electric fire, attractive Gothic shaped stainedwindows and uninterrupted sea views. Large master bedroom with double bed directly overlooking the seafront and Lyme Bay. Wash basin basin. Single bedroom with wash basin and same lovely views. Gas central heating throughout. Essential Information

Saturday changeover day.

Parking: There are is a long stay public car park a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Weekly permits can be purchased for £25.00 per week covering all East Devon car parks.

Pet accepted at £25 per week.

Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble drier. Fridge. Freezer. Dishwasher.

Bed linenincluded. Towels available to hire at £8 per set.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
