Beach House is a spacious second floor apartment formingpart of a listed Regency building, as featured in the Sidmouth 'blue plaque' guide. The accommodation still retains many period features with much charm and character. Situated in a magnificent central location overlooking the seafront and esplanade withfar reaching uninterrupted views of the beach and Lyme Bay.The excellent shops and amenities in the town centre are all close by.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

Stairs lead up to the property where there is a kitchen with a  breakfast room and  utility room. A separate dining room. An Inner hall with bathroom and separate W.C. A spacious bedroom to the rear with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom withW.C. A mezzanine landingto a spacious sitting room with an fireplace and electric fire, attractive Gothic shaped stainedwindows and uninterrupted sea views. A large master bedroom with a double bed and wash basin directly overlooking the seafront and Lyme Bay. A single bedroom with a wash basin andlovely views.

Changeover day: Saturday

Wifi: Yes

Pets: Accepted at £25 per week

Towels: Available to hire at £8 per set 

Parking: Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

 Appliances: TV, DvD

Kitchen Utilities: Electric oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Fridge, Freezer and  Dishwasher.

Child Amenities: Cot, high chair and stair gate available on request at £10 per item

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
