Sailmakers Court is a superb second floor apartment accessed via a lift or stairs. Situated in a much sought after marina development right on the Exe Estuary, a renowned nature reserve.The south facing balcony has a lovely aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch.The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shops in Exmouth are about a 15 minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham.


 A delightful south facing open plan living room with feature fireplace and dining area leading to a balcony with patio furniture. A well equipped kitchen with integrated units. A double bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture and outlook over the marina. A single bedroom with a 4ft bed, outlook over the marina and a bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and W.C.
