Sailmakers Court is a superb second floor apartment accessed via a lift or stairs. Situated in a much sought after marina development right on the Exe Estuary, a renowned nature reserve.The south facing balcony has a lovely aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch.The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shops in Exmouth are about a 15 minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham.

A double bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture and outlook over the marina. A single bedroom with a 4ft bed, outlook over the marina and a bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and W.C.

25th August 2018- "A wonderful week in a wonderful location in a wonderful flat. We have had such a lovely time here on the beach, on the water and on the balcony watching the world go by. We are sad to be leaving, however very much looking forward to returning next year."

11th August 2018- "Once again we have enjoyed our stay in your apartment. Weather has been glorious, ideal for sitting on the balcony watching all the activity on the marina. We hope to be back next year."

14th July 2018- "Another repeat visit and the weather was very hot. The flat was very clean and good location for all local attractions. With M&S nearby and lovely balcony to use for eating outside, we have not missed eating out at all.

1st July 2018- "Very good location and comfortable apartment. We are regular visitors to Exmouth and very much enjoy the area."

26th May 2018- "Fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment, very smart, everything you could wish for, weather was wonderful- wall to wall sunshine. We had a smashing week, walking, eating and drinking. Would definitely come back, lovely area with lots to do."
