Our holiday lets in Devon can provide the perfect extended stay accommodation for the winter months. During the winter months, a number of our properties are available to rent for longer periods. We offer furnished winter lets at some of our properties from the end of October through to Easter. This can be an ideal opportunity of getting a real feel for the area before taking the plunge and moving to beautiful East Devon. This flexibility has also proved very helpful for people who are between homes and have sold but not yet completed on a purchase. We are also able to offer heavily discounted rates for extended periods over the winter months if you would like a change of scenery and want to come and live in Devon and live like a local.

Devon has a total change of scene in the ‘off season’ with the towns winding down for the winter months after October half term it becomes a peaceful place to watch the world go by. The lead up to Christmas and New Year is a wonderful time to be part of the local community with various different festivities. January can be cold and even snowy but is a lovely time of year to experience the total quiet of this area and escape day to day life away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a great time of year for cosy nights in and a chance to recuperate before we slowly start to see the wonderful signs of spring! Whatever your choice we hope we are able to help.
