The cottage was in a nice quiet location next to a church and a small car park where it was easy to park the car right outside the cottage door on the car park. Everything that you needed for self catering was available. The beds were clean and comfy and the shower was powerful. There was a small secure back yard to let the dog out. The village itself is lovely with a community village shop that stocks everything you need and a friendly community pub that was very popular. A short drive (or walk) takes you to Budleigh Salterton with a lovely pebbled beach and a cafe. Further afield is Exmouth with easy parking and some great restaurants. Overall we had a lovely enjoyable holiday.
