Further double bedroom, with fitted wardrobe, dressing table & bedside cabinets, also with views across the estuary. 

Bathroom with shower over, hand basin and WC.

Second Floor

Fabulous master bedroom, with king size mango bed, fitted wardrobes and large picture windows. French doors lead on to a large balcony with amazing views. Shower room with hand basin and WC.

Additional cosy sitting room on this floor, with views to the marina.

Changeover day is Saturday. 

Private parking space for one car, with additional car parking for one small car in the garage. Long term parking for additional vehicle or visitors available 5 minutes walk in Camperdown Terrace.
