The property is newly decorated and furnished and has beautiful views over the Exe estuary and the marina. The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. Beacon House is tastefully furnished in a modern style, with coordinating colour schemes throughout.

 Long term parking for additional vehicle or visitors available 5 minutes walk in Camperdown Terrace.
