Connaught Cottage  is a spacious semi detached town house occupies is situated in a quiet residential area within a few minutes short level walk of the shops and esplanade.The property is spacious and comfortably furnished with the advantage of an enclosed garden and off road private parking for two cars. 

ACCOMMODATION: 

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor.Small,. Well equipped kitchen . Cloakroom with WC.Cosy and comfortably furnished living room with wood burner. French doors to pretty enclosed south facing garden with garden furniture, also accessed from the side. Separate dining room.On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with a double bed, third bedroom also has a double bed. Newly fitted tiled bathroom with electric shower over bath.Separate W.C. 

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: 

Saturday changeover day. 

1 small pet charged at £25.00 per week. 

Private parking for 2 cars.

Gas central heating throughout

Wood burner with two day's supply of logs and kindling provided 

Large flat screenTV. and TV in bedroom. DVD with selection of DVD's, Wii with selection of games WiFi.

Gas hob and electric oven. Fridge. Freezer.Washing machine/dryer. Microwave. 

Bed linen included.Towels available to hire at £8 per set.
