Entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Delightfulliving room with lovely outlook over the River Sid. Fireplace with electric fire. Beautifully furnished with tasteful colour schemes. Well equipped modern kitchen. Separate dining room with Oak furnishing.On the first floor are threebedrooms.Main double bedroom with king size bed and lovely views over the River Sid. Rear double bedroom and a single bedroom. Spacious modern bathroom suite with shower over bath and W.C. Gas central heating throughout.Outside there are pretty gardens to front and rear. The front faces over the River with lovely aspect of mature gardens and trees. At the rear there is good size, recently re-designed, sunny private garden with garden furniture. Easy level access from the parking area to the house.
