A spacious waterside house, situated on an exclusive marina development, within walking distance of the beach, town, railway station and Marks & Spencers food hall. The property faces towards the Marina with a large balcony area. The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. Harbour Lights is beautifully furnished in a modern style with co-ordinating colour schemes throughout. The high quality kitchen and all the shower rooms have recently been installed.

En-suite shower room with WC. Further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and quality Oak furniture. Spacious shower room with WC.  Outside there is a large patio area facing towards the Marina.

Good visits to Killerton & A la Ronde. Bumble and Bee in Exmouth is a brilliant cafe with a big range of lovely cakes. Would love to return sometime soon.' Karen & John

27th July 2017 - ' We have had a wonderful time here with our one year old daughter. We visited Paignton Zoo which is less than an hour away. The World of Country Life is only ten minutes drive & perfect for all ages whatever the weather. We walked to Ocean play, along the seafront. We had lunch at Rock fish where we enjoyed an excellent grilled hake fillet. The house has everything anyone could wish for & the location is amazing. We sampled takeaway from Ash curry house & Bamboo Chinese. My husband enjoyed taking ourdaughter on early morning walks to the end of the seafront and back, around four miles. Thank you for the most wonderful family holiday.' The HIggs family.

14th April 2017 - ' Been coming to Exmouth for over 50 years, my mum was born here and my gran lived here for 104 years. Lovely house, very comfortable and great for the sun in the afternoon. Walked along the beach to Orcombe point. Visited Lympstone,  Topsham & Budleigh. Darts farm and the Exe cycle path. Fish & chips from Capels is yummy. Met up with friends in the grove and tried the Tapas bar El Olivie which was excellent. A couple of us did the walk from Budleigh to Exmouth along the cliffs. Saw the lifeboat being launched for practice. Dockside cafe really good. An enjoyable week.' Mandy, Monika, Lipika, Andy, Graham & Richard
