Bakery cottage is a totally renovated cottage in the centre of East Budleigh, a beautiful East Devon village.The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with tasteful colour schemes and homely touches throughout. The village pub, the "Sir Walter Raleigh Arms", is just a minute's walk and serves local beer and great food. Woodbury Common, the River Otter and Budleigh Salterton are all within a pleasant walk through the countryside and lanes. This really is a quaint unspoilt Devon village with its ancient church and village school and shop run by the locals. 


Entrance door to spacious and tastefully furnished living room/dining room with original exposed beams. French doors to secluded rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Summerhouse with WC.Very well equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. From the living room stairs lead to first floor. Spacious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe with ample storage space. Further smaller bedroom with king size bed. Newly fitted modern, spacious bathroom with bath, separate good size walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Outside there is a lovely secluded patio area with summerhouse, garden furniture and bbq.

 Changeover day: Friday 

One small dog welcome at £25 per week plus a £100 security deposit

Unloading in front of the cottage. Parking for visitors is free in the village car park just 50 yards level walk from the cottage. 

TV with freeview and DVD. Wi Fi internet connection. NB Mobile phone signal in East Budleigh is not good 

All beds made up with quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. Towels can be hired at £8.00 per set.Hairdryer. 

Gas hob and fitted electric oven. Washing machine. Microwave. Dishwasher.Fridge and freezer. BBQ. 

Gas central heating throughout.
