Large patio doors lead to a patio with seating; and to the side a private shaded patio area with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one good size double with dual aspect over the garden. Extensive range of fitted wardrobes and shelves. Further smaller double bedroom with good range of fitted wardrobes and shelves. White bathroom suite, electric shower over bath, W.C with vanity unit.
