The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. On the second floor: Delightful sitting room with Oak flooring, vaulted ceiling and large picture window with French doors opening onto balcony directly overlooking the marina and estuary. From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.
