A modern town house ideally situated in a quiet location within the town centre and 100 yards level walk to the seafront, excellent shops and restaurants.The property is furnished in a modern, comfortable style with tasteful colour schemes throughout. It is an ideal holiday home at any time of the year for a couple or a family.

Living room with electric fire in attractive surround. Archway leading to Shaker style kitchen which is very well equipped with modern appliances. Dining table and chairs. Stairs to first floor. Spacious twin bedroom. Newly fitted fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and W.C. Door to balcony with table and chairs. On the second floor are a two bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room with W.C. Spacious single bedroom. Outside there is parking for 1 car adjacent to the property. The public car parks are a short walk away.
