About this property

Whitley Farm Dairy is a detached stone cottage, full of charm and character with spacious accommodation for 4 people. This 17th Century converted dairy nestles amongst rolling Devon fields in the heart of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This is the ideal holiday cottage for those wanting peace and tranquillity, birdsong and stargazing. It has its own drive, garden, patio and linhay, equipped with dog proof fencing, with views of the open countryside. The owner lives in the neighbouring farmhouse.

*Short Break prices shown are for 3 nights only, please call for 4 or 5 night prices if required. Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
