Greenfield House is an impressive, newly refurbished Victorian terraced house in a quiet residential area just a 10 minute walk from the town centre and esplanade. The house has been lovingly prepared with great thought and care by the owners who have spent many holidays in self-catering cottages in Sidmouth. The property has been beautifully furnished with quality oak furniture, comfortable sofas and luxury pocket sprung beds. The Byes National Trust park is close by and gives a lovely riverside walk into the town.

Entrance hall with exposed timber flooring. Sitting room with bay window and feature fireplace with open grate. Dining room, again with feature fireplace, open grate and exposed timber flooring. Spacious kitchen/breakfast room with French doors leading to lovely enclosed south facing patio style garden with rear access gate. Utility room with drying area. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms.One bedroom with double bed and superb views over Sidmouth and out to sea. En-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC and hand basin. Large bedroom with bay window and king size bed. Luxurious family bathroom with fine fitted bespoke furniture, large bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.Stairs to second floor - lovely spacious twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and velux window and black out blind. Outside the rear garden has a raised patio area giving countryside views towards Salcombe Hill.
