Coxes Cottage is a superb cottage wing of an imposing detached property, located at the top of the village, just a 10 minute walk from the Fountain Head Inn. The property is extremely spacious and ideal for a couple looking for top quality, luxury accommodation in a peaceful setting away from the crowds and surrounded by glorious Devon countryside. This cottage is ideal for a honeymoon or special celebration. A foot path leading to the coastal path to Sidmouth and Beer is on the door step.  

Accommodation

The cottage is approached via a private driveway giving level access. Spacious kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden and pond. Easy rising stairs to beautifully furnished light and airy living room with vaulted ceiling and far reaching views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.. Fireplace with electric fire. Spacious double bedroom with king size bed and lovely views. En-suite bathroom with power shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Door to beautiful sunny, natural garden and patio area with garden furniture and gazebo.
