A superb spacious retreat for two quietly situated in the grounds of the owner's home and in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Sidmouth. "The Wood Shed" is a detached cottage style property beautifully furnished with tasteful colour schemes throughout in a "New England" style. The furnishings are of a high quality with soft comfortable sofas and quality bedding. Outside there is private parking and a pretty sitting out area with barbecue.


Approached via level access from the parking area.Spacious, bright and airy living room with vaulted ceiling and stable door to the south facing patio area.Beautifully furnished with many tasteful features and colour schemes. Dining area with pine dresser. Very well equipped kitchen. Stairs to first floor.Lovely spacious double bedroom, again with vaulted ceiling. En-suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC.
