About this property

Wyken is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house with a private parking space, set in a quiet position just off the beach and town centre. The accommodation is presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. There is a sheltered enclosed patio area at the rear. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The house faces the River Sid and has sea glimpses from the bedroom. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.


Spacious, light and airy sitting room. Open fireplace with wood burner.  Dining area. Spacious cream, Shaker style very well equipped kitchen with door to courtyard garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one south facing with double king size bed and hand basin. Two bedroomsat the rear, one with a double bed and a good size single with hand basin. Bathroom with modern white suite comprising shower over bath and W.C. At the rear is a good size enclosed patio area with table and chairs.

Private parking space 10 yards from the house

TV/DVD/Video (VCR)/iPod Docking station. Wi-fi

Electric ceramic hob and oven. Fridge. Freezer  Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher

Bed linen provided. Towels available to hire at £8 per set

Travel Cot and high Chair available

Gas central heating. There will be some logs provided, but extra can be purchased locally. 

£100 supplement for Folk Festival Week ( 1st week in August )
