22nd August 2015 - 'My parents celebrated their 80th birthdays with me at the Coach House, Bohemia Villas (15-22 Aug). We had a wonderful week there. The apartment was so comfortable and luxurious. It is also very handy for local amenities and places of interest. The weather was mixed and there was one day when we needed to stay indoors but were happy to do so as there were DVDs for us to watch. We were sad to leave on Saturday and hope to return in the future. This is the second time I have stayed in one of your holiday cottages, they really are splendid.' Mrs Askew

6th December 2014-Its our second time at ' The Coach House', and yet again another comfortable and restful stay in this wonderful apartment. thank you for letting us do Friday to Friday. Happy New Year to everyone. Jane & Alan  Basingstoke.

25 th October 2014- Lovely apartment- very clean and comfortable. Not far from centre of town and in a good location. broadband is an excellent addition. . Many thanks Jan, Kenny & Gemma, North Devon

4th October 2014-A very pleasant stay in ' The Coach house'. Its clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a good brake. Its close enough to the centre of town for an easy walk, but far enough outside the centre to be quiet and peaceful .P & B Brighton.

6th September 2014- This was our first visit to ' The Coach House' and hopefully won't be our last. A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a very peaceful setting, considering its so handy for the town centre. We were dead lucky with the weather, just a lovely temperature for walking withvery little cloud or wind. Best we've had for many years! Enjoyed our meal at ' The Anchor ' ( lovely staff) and Cream Tea's at Otterton Mill, lots of fresh cakes etc. We had a suprise visit at 3.15 am on Wed in the car parking area, of"MR BADGER" who was rifloing through the bins after knocking them over, and enjoying the contents from bin no 3. He scuttled off quickly when Pete went down with the torch! Sad to be going home, just got into a relaxed routine. many thanks Sylvia & Pete Cheshire

23rd August 2014- We've spent a very happy week at 'The Coach House' celebrating our 30th wedding Aniversary. Our first visit but it won't be our last, we hope to return next April. We felt completely at home here, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, its cosy and comfortable, more spacious than we expectedand we have spent a lot of time in the garden area. It's very sheltered from the wind and a 'suntrap'. I cannot speak highly enough about The Coach House and can't wait to come again. Sidmouth is our favorite place and never disappoints ! Thank you so much for our special week. Ann & Paul Hudson, Dorset.

12th July 2014-Had a great holiday in your lovely apartment. Weather was perfect. We are two widow ladies in our early 70,s, it has been ideal. We felt very secure and relaxed. As we are fit the location, although hilly, is great, just far enough away from the town. The train ride from Exeter to Dawlish Warren, then a walk along the coast path to Dawlish is worth while, to see how they rebuilt the railway, after the storms in February, washed it away. First time to the area for both of us, after touring around by car, we have found some delightful villages & coastal resorts. Thank you so much. Barbara & Joan Leicestershire

7th June 2014-My fourth visit to ' The Coach House 'worthy of its Gold star award. always enjoyable visiting Sidmouth, especially when the weather is so good. Jill, Horsham, W Sussex.

3rd May 2014-Lovely luxury apartment. killer hills, but worththe effort!Very clean with everything you need. Do visit the Donkey Sanctuary PLEASE!. We have been going to Donkey week for 17 years. Two weeks this year were a bonus. the Hay Loft resturant is really nice.Other places well worth a visit Seaton Tramway, Bicton Gardens, and Escot. Thank you Stella & Barry Whittenham,Emsworth

12th April 2014- Our second time in "The Coach House" and we'll most definately be back. Everything is so well presented and nothing is missing! Such a lovely position, and my goodness did we have the weather!wifi is an excellent addition- thank You. Such a lovely place to stay.Nadine & Terry Evans

I stayed at the Coach House with my 88 year old grandmother and she loved the property! She felt very comfortable there, which is important for her when she's away from her home and normal routine.I own a self-contained accommodation business in Tasmania, Australia, and therefore am very critical now when I stay at other places!I was very impressed with the Coach House, it was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were lucky to be there when the weather started warming up.

"We would just like to say a thank you for a wonderful stay at the Coach House - it certainly lives up to its Gold Award rating :) We could have stopped there forever.."

*Short Break prices shown are for 3 nights only, please call for 4 or 5 night prices if required. Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
