Crooked House is a spacious terraced Victorian house situated in a quiet area of the town centre, overlooking the River Sid and just a few minutes level walk from the beach, children's play park, indoor swimming pool, coastal path, shops and pubs. The accommodation is beautifully presented and has a newly fitted solid oak hand -made kitchen with granite tops and luxury bathroom. The house is comfortably furnished with tasteful colour schemes throughout. At the rear there is an enclosed sitting area with private secure parking space behind large wooden gates. At the front of the house there is a bench to sit and catch the morning sun.

Entrance hall. Large sitting room with quality leather sofas and fireplace with efficient gas fire. Patio doors to rear patio area with patio furniture and parasol. Dining area. Superb luxury hand made oak kitchen with range master double oven. Integrated appliances and breakfast area. On the first floor there are three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom facing the River Sid, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and air whirlpool bath, body shower with several jets over the bath, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with wash basin. Double bedroom with king size bed. Newly fitted white bathroom with stone tiled floor and walls, shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
