Hillview is a charming, beautifully presented spacious house with lovely open views across Sidmouth situated in a quiet residential area within a 10 minute walk of the town centre and beach. The owners have gone to great lengths in providing a super holiday cottage with high quality furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, the rear enclosed garden is peaceful with a sunny aspect, a lovely place to sit with evening drinks and barbecue.

ACCOMMODATION: Hall with stairs to first floor.Delightful beautifully furnished sitting room with bay window overlooking Sidmouth towards Salcombe Hill. Victorian style fireplace and gas coal effect fire. Archway to dining area with ample seating for six. French doors leading to rear patio area through the garden room/utility with ground floor W.C. Kitchen well equipped with attractive white units and dining area. On the first floor there is a largebedroom with king size bed and bay window with lovely views towards Salcombe Hill. Further bedroom to the rear with twin beds. Modern white bathroom suite with W.C. and power shower over the bath.Stairs to further spacious twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and velux windows with lovely views towards the sea with sea glimpse. Outside there is a terraced patio style garden with garden furniture. Unrestricted roadside parking.
